Wellbeing Homework - Monday 19th April

The next month in school we will be taking part in 'Mindfulness Minis' each day - a series of wellbeing-focused activities that support children in developing their mindfulness and discussing their feelings as we begin to return to some normality in our lives. The homework this week is around the 5 Ways to Wellbeing. These are the 5 things we can do to help ourselves feel good. I have listed these below:

1. Connect with other people in whatever ways you can.
2. Being active - whatever this means to you. playing a game outdoors, running, climing, swimming or cycling.
3. Taking notice of the world around you: the seasons changing , the birds and insects, the plants and animals. Use all of your senses to breathe it all in.
4. Keep on learning - there is a whle world out there.
5. Give to others in whatever way you can. 

We would like the chidlren to read through the worksheet and complete the 2 questions for each of the 5 ways to wellbeing. Make sure your goal is something that you think you can achieve. This can be completed on the sheet or on a piece of paper.
