Hi 5/6F,

We have been sent some resources by Compass Buzz to help promote well-being and healthy minds. I have attached them below for you to have a look at and maybe give some of the ideas a try. There are some really nice and creative activities to have a go at - I hope you enjoy them.

Sometimes it will be really hard to be away from your friends and family members but remember we are doing it to stay safe. I have attached a template below to help you if you want to write a letter to someone to let them know how you feel.
