Welcome
to Killinghall CE Primary School.

Mrs Sarah Bassitt
Headteacher
Whether you are just beginning to think about your child’s education or whether your child is already a part of the Killinghall Church of England Primary School community, we would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our school. We hope that you will find our website interesting and informative. We are a relatively small, very friendly school with approximately 170 pupils. We are currently undergoing expansion with one new classroom, and a new library area which will be completed in the next month.
Our ethos is based upon our Christian Values; our hard working and enthusiastic staff team place the individual needs of the children at the centre of their thoughts and actions. Our school is an outstanding church school that is rated by Ofsted as a good school.
The recent success of our school is based upon the strong partnerships that we have developed with pupils, parents, governors and the whole local community. Our School is a strategic member of the Harrogate and Rural Teaching School Alliance - a group of local schools who work collaboratively to improve outcomes for children.
