Welcome to Killinghall CE Primary School where we 'always treat others as we would wish to be treated'. Matthew 7:12

As the Headteacher of Killinghall CE Primary School, it is a pleasure to have this opportunity to welcome you to our school.

Despite our growth in pupil numbers and the expansion of classroom space over the last few years, we continue to be 'a village school' for children aged 4 - 11. We are situated just outside Harrogate.

We are a caring school where individual happiness truly matters. We are passionate about ensuring that each child can be the best that they can be - well-being and pastoral care are a high priority in achieving this.

Close links between home and school are encouraged, with parents welcome to take an active part in the life of the school.

I hope you will find the information on this website both interesting and helpful.

Sarah Bassitt - Headteacher.

    25th May
On the 25th May we are holding our Garden party to celebrate the Queens Jubilee. There will be a special picnic instead of the lunch that is listed on the ordering site. The lunch will be: Cheese and ham sandwiches, cheese pizza, sausages, veg sticks, tortilla chips, strawberry jelly and bottled water. If you would like your child to have this lunch then please log on to the Hutchisons web site and order the lunch for that day (ignore what it is, every child with a lunch order for that day will get the picnic) If you do not wish your child to have the picnic then please ensure you have cancelled this day if your child usually has school dinners. https://appetite.hutchisoncatering.co.uk Please can you do this by the 19th May so that the kitchen has time to place the orders. Thanks Helen
